Bios InsydeH20 Show Hidden Menu for Dream Machines RG2070S-17EU31(PB71DF2)

Good time. I ask you for help. Sorry for my English, I translate through google. So, recently a gift came to me, an expensive laptop Dream Machines PB71. I have 3200Mhz RAM, but for some reason there is no RAM setting in the BIOS (. Although my friend on Dream machines P960 has such a setting,and in general it is possible to do this in BIOS if this function is hidden ?? because a friend on a laptop has it open and there you can directly select the XMP profile. I found the H20UVE program, but it did not help me. I found your forum, I look at a lot of topics here. I want to ask if someone can help me unlock the hidden settings of my BIOS ?? of course I will thank . would be very grateful to your community.

Graphics driver for Alienware 17 R5

Hello, my problem is:
I wanted to install windows 8.1. The installation was successful, and the windows install attach the "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" driver to my GTX 1070.
Every time when I want to install the offical nvidia geforce driver (the version is not matters, tried a lot of them) the OS stuck in an infinite "freeze loop" If I move my mouse cursor sometimes shows but 1-2 sec and gone. Mostly black screen. If I turn on the caps lock (the key led is on) same 1-2 sec and turning off. I have tried install the nvidia driver in pure windows install and tried install all the windows update and tried after that. None of those worked Sad
I dumped my BIOS looking something maybe I can use. I found some hidden settings but I don know if I allow them helps me or not.
Someone has any idea what is going on? I know Dell officially only supports windows 10 and yes w10 is working fine, but I really want to use w8.1 if that possible somehow... Maybe I have some BIOS restriction? Any idea?

hi, i would like to enable the advanced bios menu as well as anything else that could possibly be unlocked and im more than happy to make a donation for the assistance via paypal or other funding of your choosing. i've spent a good deal of time trying to accomplish this myself and initially i set out to unlock the undervolt functionality that is blocked on most/all 10th gen intel cpu's due to the plundervolt mitigation and i was able to by extracting bios > using UEFITool/Universal IFR Extractor to extract a list of settings and available values > then used RU.efi at boot to edit the appropriate bit in "CpuSetup" which was "0xDA" (OverClocking Lock) from "01" to "00" save/exit and undervolt is functional from xtu/throttlestop.

i've tried to repeat my steps to change things like `Setting: Maximum Memory Frequency, Variable: 0x144` for example to change it from the 2933mhz it's locked to now up to 3200mhz (pre-installed ram is 3200mhz but bios limited to 2933 on legion 5i models).
but i find it more difficult to find "0x144" (??) compared to finding "0xDA" (00DA) and so here i am asking for some help either by way of guidance on how to unlock the advanced bios menu or other suggestion. thanks for your time, help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Intel Xeon E5-2699 V4 QHUP Engineering Sample
Core Stepping - B0(QK10, QK7J, SR2JS)
CPUID – 406F1 (QK10, QK7J)
 
I have a Huananzhi X99-F8 mainboard
Bios Version-5.11
Build Date-May 25th 2020
Brand-American Megatrends (2019)
 
I would like to use this CPU on this mainboard, the system does POST fine, the CPU does appear in the BIOS normally.
But when loading Windows 10 it simply does not work. At the moment I am temporarily using a spare CPU.
Other people say Huananzhi X99 mainboards have trouble with Engineering Sample chips, I’d say is there a possibility to update the micro code, or roll back the bios to an older version with support for the Engineering Sample?
Please help.

Hi, can anyone help me. I have Pavilion 15-R061nf (ENERGY STAR) laptop and i want use another wlan card. I read several post on the forum I even try to change my bios but without success. So I come to you so I can remove the whitelist from this PC. HP support link for bios update is here:

Would anyone here be able to unlock these sections along with there children in my bios? I've tried setting the access/use to supervisor, user and extended user in AMIBCP but haven't got anywhere with it. a pre-modded .bin along with a stock one Z27P2.00 being the stock

HP DV6-6038eg BIOS Mod (try to boot UEFI)

Hi,
I am new here, and I have this Problem:
I have a HP Notebook, DV6-6038eg, with this BIOS mod (unlocked) by @donovan6000 with updated Microcodes, which I have downloaded there: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads...ate.77793/
I tried to add an FFS modul to the BIN file (not to the DEC one) for UEFI, but UEFITool can´t Open it, and with PhoenixTool, it didn´t work. I can add it to DEC file, but I can´t flash it... Can anyone help me? I´ll attach both, the BIN of the BIOS, and the FFS file. With it, I am able to flash this decrypted (01658_UC.Bin) (bigger than dec) file with InsydeFlash, but I want a mod for UEFI.
If anyone is able to do that: Insert the FFS File in Volume For DXE Drivers...

[Request] How to bypass secureflash only to normal flash

I am getting that same dialogue error when trying to flash using moded bios using newer version (v6.23) Insydeflash.exe tool. is it it possible to bypass that dialogue error by editing the dll and Insydeflash.exe? if so, How to do that, which value need to change in Hex to bypass that error? has anybody any experience about that? that new version InsydeFlash.exe is no more using iscflash.sys and iscflash.dll ! they changed it to H2OFFT64.sys.
I already tried older modified version InsydeFlash but the new pc bios not accepting that InsydeFlash. I think changing the hex to newer InsydeFlash.exe or H2OFFT64.sys could bypass that error maybe!
what its need is, disable the "flash securebios only" in somewhere in hex.

i tell you I have a hp laptop whose dedicated 7670m (the computer has an 8650g as integrated) I cannot make it work from win 7 to win 10 in any program and games and win 10 when selecting gpu from the screen menu of said OS does not recognize the 7670m (If you do it in device manager like 7600m series) but the strangest thing that only happens when I use the dual channel of the ram (4 + 4gb) in single, the dgpu works without problems

I have a Alienware m15 R1 Gaming Laptop with a Intel i7-9750H / RTX 2070 / 32GB Memory 2019 Laptop. The laptop has been overheating like crazy it boost up to 4.50GHz. With a unlock bios i just hope i can slower the turbo down and limit the power to make the heating problem stop.

I saw a method to format my USB to FAT and copying bioss.fd which I get after extracting my bios files to my USB and use FN+R button but nothing happens.
Can you tell me detailed method to recover Insyde BIOS? I have non-removable battery.\

    without H2OUVE's -gs and -ss feature bios set editing not possible via H2OUVE. Its locked somewhere which need to unlocked.
