Add microcode of Q9550 E0 to Abit IP35 Pro

Hi ,
I owe an Abit IP35 Pro motherboard and have flashed it to the latest available BIOS. Recently i tried a q9550 E0 revision on the motherboard, but it doesn't support the processor. I tried flashing the older bios as well, but it didn't help. After trying a lot, i manage to boot my system.

But the booting occurs after 10-15 power cycle, incase of failure the POST code as shown on the motherboard appears as 87.

I did some reseach and found that the error code is mainly due to the unsupported processor and motherboard.

Is it possible to add the microcode of Q9550 E0 revision, to my motherboard BIOS? Will it solve my problem?

I have no idea where to look for the microcode of Q9550 E0 revision, but here is its official page. Please note that compatibility of processor varies with revision E0 / C0

I have a request about BIOS v 2.14
Date 07/27/2011 my Laptop Packard Bell EasyNote TK-81.
If it's possible to unlock advanced menu, i need it my girlfriend offer me a quad-core amd but the TDP is upper than my old dual-core Smile
I try to use advanced menu to disable fan control and use SpeedFan speed control to make a better fan profil.

Hello Everyone,

This Forum has been of great help, since it gave me some orientation on what to do, although at the moment I have tried everything with no luck... Sad

I would like to use the Intel 7260AC Wifi Adapter instead of the Intel 2230 in my Lenovo ideaPad U510. The BIOS of this model is from Insyde.

The label of the original 2230 card says: WFM 6036DD570247
PCI\ven_8086&dev_0888&subsys_42628086

7260AC card says: WFM 0C8BFD8E186D
Can't find a way to see the VEN/DEV/SUBSYS of the 7260AC Card since it wont let me boot with the card on.

I took a backup of the BIOS from my Lenovo U510 (LENOVO-6FCN30WW(V1.06).

Well I have an HP DV6-1354US running BIOS F.46 vendor insyde but the fan I believe is broken because no matter how high the temp gets the fan speed is always idle I do not know what is causing this problem I am hoping with an unlocked version of BIOS that I will be able to speed it up some and disprove my theory that the fan is bad.ThanksSmile

Hi everyone I need some help with my Lenovo Ideapad U310. I just bought the Intel 7260 to replace the Intel 2200. I tried to replace the withelist but failed. Here is the backup of my BIOS:

PLEASE CAN YOU HELP I BUY ACER M3-581T WHIT WINDOWS 7 PREINSTALLED BIOS 1.13 NOW I HAVE INSTALLED WINDOWS WIN PRO 8.1 x64 ENG INTL 1PK DSP OEI DVD
