Hi there

Need some help for the last step to finished my hackbook Smile

Is there any way to mod biosfile to boot in 1366x768?
And is there any way for Advance Menu?

Hello All. I would like to request that someone please unlock my BIOS's graphics mode setting so that I could switch to discrete (from switchable) so that I could attempt the upgrade to Windows 10.

An older build of the BIOS allows us to switch to discrete but the latest driver which enables VT has the graphics setting disabled.

Hello,

If possible I would like to have the WLAN whitelist removed for HP Envy 14-1050ca notebook.

I checked the http://www.bios-mods.com/BIOS repository and found a named BIOS matching mine (sp55493) and flashed it successfully using InsydeFlash, but it still fails the whitelist check with different wifi card from stock installed.

Bricked Lenovo G580 (20150) UEFI need suggestions

Step 1: Don't ignore flashing warnings. I got a message about the BIOS being smaller than the normal size, and it will truncate. I think I had a bad download. Ignore warning because I've breezed through this plenty of times before. Oops.

Anyway, I've tried using WINCRISIS and various other methods to revive this machine via USB stick. The system powers on, and the cd-rom makes a noise, but nothing happens. If I do Fn+R or Fn+B, plug in and press power... the fan goes full speed, and the cd-rom makes a noise. My USB drive has a light on it, but it never lights up so I assume it's not being accessed. I've left the system run for 30mins or more and nothing happens.

Do I have any other options? I have a hard time getting the BIOS extracted from Lenovo, but I was able to run the exe on my main PC which froze it.. however after rebooting I was able to get the .WPH from my TEMP folder.

Anyone tried to recover this? The laptop was a refurb and it's basically garbage (Core i3, Win 8 UEFI) but if I can save it I'd like to.

i use s410P ideapad lenovo
to downgrade from windows 8.1 to 7 i got blue screen which mentioned i have to disable shadowing and caching in bios. but my bios is simple and i dont have advanced tab, i guess its because i have to unlock it. can anyone help me how to unlock and make advanced tab visible? thank you

I've bought an Amd A10-5750m apu, it wont boot up in my laptop. Im guessing there is no support for it in my current bios, it's the newest one from Samsung.

Is it possible to add support for this APU? Bios is an AMI UEFI
