Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF: Make integrated graphics always enabled

Hi All,

The bios of Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF always disables my i7-3770T's HD4000 when there is no monitor connected to the onboard Displayports.
My bios' Primary Display tab only has three options:
1. Auto
2. Intel HD 4000
3. AMD Radeon WX4100

When selecting "3. AMD Radeon WX4100", HD 4000 will be disabled automatically even though the bios description says integrated graphics will be enabled when Auto is not selected.

When selecting "2. Intel HD 4000", my monitor doesn't display anything during POST.  I can't rollback my bios settings without a CMOS reset.

When selecting "1. Auto", I have to connect my monitor to the onboard Displayport and wait for the operation system to boot after a black-screen
POST. And then I can reconnect the monitor to WX4100's Displayport.

Not like some other motherboard's bios, this bios doesn't have "always enabled" options for integrated graphics device.

Could anyone let me know how to locate the assembly codes that enables/disables HD4000 graphics device inside the bios file?
I would need this information as a starting point to hack the bios.

Hi All,

HP G6-1B97CL Wifi card Issue

Hello everyone,
I searched the site and I couldn't find anyone that had happened to have modded the BIOS for the mentioned HP computer's BIOS. I put a new wifi card in and of course got the dreaded message that the BIOS didn't like it. Can someone tweak that particular BIOS setting for me please? It's an Insyde F37 I believe. desbloquear parte da memória de vídeo dedicada,

esta BIOS é o original, sem modificações.

Há algo nesta BIOS que eu estou tentando desbloquear, mas quando ela entra na BIOS, não há sinal de que tenha sido modificada.

Bricked HP Omen AX000 Help

Hello!
I have an HP Omen 15 AX-000 laptop that I was fixing a Windows issue on when the laptop refused to boot.  The error capslock key displayed 2 long and 2 short flashes which on HP's site indicates, "The main area (DXE) of BIOS has become corrupted, and there is no recovery binary image available."  
I tried using HP's Bios recovery tool on a USB drive but that did nothing.  
The bios chip is a winbond w25q64 and the motherboard is model dag35amb8e0 rev e with an i7-6700hq and a gtx965m.
I do have a CH341 programmer and a test clip that I can use to flash the bios onto the chip.  
Any possibilities of fixing the laptop?  Thanks!

Good morning! I'm building a low power retro-gaming PC with a Gigabyte GA-K8VM800M-RH (rev. 2.x) and an AMD Turion 64 mt-37 25w 1.2v  CPU. However I have a problem, the motherboard is pushing 1.36v to the cpu instead of 1.2v and the bios only allow me to increase the voltage. Is there a way to unlock more options to drop the voltage? Do I need to update the bios microcodes? Thanks

Hi everyone,
I want to overclock this all in One PC (ASUS ET2002),the problem Is that:there isn't any menu for overclocking .The BIOS file Is:https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/DigitalHome/DAV/ET2002T/ET2002-ASUS-1103.zip 
I tried to open the file with AMIBCP but i coudn't find any menu for overclocking, but there are the strings in the BIOS stings section ,so in theory It supports overclocking....

Can someone help me?

if i can't mod the BIOS, can i overclock via software with asrock octuner?

Hi everyone,

My company uses the same generic pc for all our customers.

But our customers request different versions of the BIOS to suit there needs.

Is there software that would boot from a USB stick with a simple menu to install the selected BIOS?

All our BIOS use EFI with statup.nsh

lenovo e485 vram mod

So recently updated to the latest bios to find i still cannot chang the amount of vram in my bios,  they updated it on the next model but not mine.
How do i start with this, i seen in the main section a bunch of firmware manufactures. I downloaded cpuid and have looked in the uefi, but have not found any information telling who it is.
I know how to physically flash the bios, i just have no idea where to start with this part.
When i unpacked the bios for my system i found this, am i right to just mod the file getting flashed, or should i physically obtain an image of the chip, or is there another way to dump it without contact to the chip.

is there a way to implement an NVME driver in a legacy (no UEFI) Bios ? 


I got a modded Bios on base 602 (last version of asus) with the meltdown and spectre fix from here

then i got from the same 
Asus Rampage III Extreme (same board without black color and no wifi and bluetooth) new "roms".

i extraced the rom with MMtool V3.22  with the HW and vendor id the parts of the nic driver and the intel Sata chipset Rom and put it into my bios. 

It work very well but my question is:

Is is it possible to implement an nvme rom ? To get a direct boot ? 
Is it possible to update the hole bios to an uefi bios or is there not enough space (i think 2MB) available ? 
Is it may possbile to implement rewind in the bios ? 

Where do i get if available newer driver ? 

I actually use a NVME with duet and rewind.
