[REQUEST] Aorus x7 DT v8 bios unlock

hello, ive been considering attempting to unlock my aorus x7 dt v8 laptops bios to get access to the many features such as overclocking that are not included in my bios.
unsure about any protections in the bios and unsure what to use to flash it aswell or how to even.

Hi, I have a Fujitsu Lifebook E744 with i5-4310M onboard. I was wondering if there is a possibility to unlock voltage control of CPU (Core and Cache) and GPU (also ratio multiplier) for undervolting purpose (and other hidden things if they exist) in Phoenix v1.35 Bios dedicated for this notebook. Hi everyone i will be really really thank you if someone is able to unlock my Acer VN7-971G bios as i need flash vbios for overclocking of the card gtx 850m also i would like to access all the hidden feature which are hidden by Acer.

Requesting some help to unlock settings that'd help me control the turbo boost functions on my CPU. 

I own an i7 2700k and can set multipliers freely in the existing bios, but this motherboard doesn't let one sustain the turbo clocks indefinitely.
Furthermore, it doesn't listen to itself when a static voltage is set, so undervolting doesn't work as a strategy. 

Can anyone help? I've read that this board is a Foxconn job, with an a modified AMI bios.
I need the extra clocks now that the system's getting longer in the tooth, but isn't worth investing in a new mobo to hit the highs that the chip can do.

I'm confused what version of BIOS should I flash. Anyone know how to check the M/B version and What version should I use.
I have Phoenix BIOS Version: 1.00.01, Firmware version: 1.00.05
and my System and Video BIOS are shadowed
02F0: CPU ID : 55 No Microcode Update Loaded for Alternate Processor (After upgrading i3-350M to i5-540M)
I'm planning to put back my i3 cpu and do a BIOS Update. So that(hopefully) I can fix my Shadowed BIOS.

DELL Vostro 5490 BIOS unlock request

Hello to everybody !
I'm attempting to install other OSs then Windows on my Dell Vostro 5490 but I get blocked with access denied.
There's no problem with installing different boot loader ( e.g. Clover or OpenCore ) on external USB stick EFI and booting them.
But launching any installer, from within Clover/OpenCore, of other OSs always fails with access denied.

So i booted into UEFI Shell to look out what's going on.
I can list all filesystems residing on EFI partitions and see the installer files on the USB too.

But trying go access the main partitions always fails with "Level2CommandsLib/Ls.c(527): Node info != ((void*)0)"


To me that looks like there're restrictions inside the BIOS that prevent accessing the filesystems and booting other than
Windows bootloaders.

I've been searching for weeks now for any solution without joy. Some days ago I stumbled over this site and did read as much as I
could find related to this matter. 
I would really appreciate if one you could help me to unblock my BIOS from this restrictions, if that is possible at all !
Willing to learn something too !!

I need to use recovery procedure "wincrisis" - Could you advise which file I should choose and rename it to bios.rom? There are couple of them and I'm confused.

Hi guys,

Can anyone help me to unlock this bios? I would like to be able to control the RAM frequency and timings - this is my most biggest priority.

RAM is currently running on 2400 MHz CL12 timings -  and the APU onboard is Ryzen 3 3200U - which would really benefit from OC'ing memory up to 3200 MHz (I'm sure it can go as high as this).

Can anyone help me unlock this bios? I'm attaching motherboard details from CPU-z down below

Hi all,

I've dumped the bios using hardware CH341A USB programmer on windows 10 with ASprogrammer (bios chip is MX25L12872F). Dump is attached.

Hi, I've been planning to attempt to install an unlocked BIOS on my  HP Beats Special Edition 15-p030nr so I could have Overclocking and CPU/APU Tweaking capabilities that aren't in the stock BIOS. Honestly this would be my first time doing this, and this laptop is a throwaway laptop that I'm just trying to refresh for current gen games. I couldn't find a link to the current BIOS installed on the device but I do have a link to the latest BIOS, let me know if I need to update the BIOS first before installing a Custom BIOS. Please do tell if you need anything more to complete the request Big Grin

Hello,
I was bought today new modem WWAN SIERRA EM7544 and after fix it into laptop i have error 1802.

My bios is v1.45 LENOVO-N1FET71W, how can I fix/hack it?
I must SPI programmer or it's another way to using my modem WWAN?

I want to use an EXP-GDC for external graphic card dock and remove the wifi card and insert a ngff cable.
But when I install the cable caps lock start blinking and the black screen appeared.

Please provide me a whitelist for wifi.
