[REQUEST] Lenovo G500 BIOS unlock

Hey.
I have a Lenovo G500 with cpu Celeron 1005M and HM70 chipset.
When I try to change the processor to a Core i5 3340M,
Writes the processor is not supported.
Please help remove the restriction that prevents me from installing Core i5 CPU

[REQUEST] 8540w HP Bios Unlock

Is it possible to do a few things with this bios?

1)CPU Whitelist officially there are 2mb, one for 2cores and one for 4cores, I've tried a i7 920xm on this machine and wouldn't boot telling me with leds "general motherboard issue". We all know HP does this whitelist thing and the chipset can fully support the cpu Smile

2)Wi-Fi Whitelist guess what happens once you hp wifi module dies?

3)GPU Whitelist this machine runs MXM Gpus, there is a whitelist to lock a few gpus, althoght not really important it would be nice to remove the whitelist and try a few cards

4)GPU Power Limit the gpus clocks get stuck somewhere between full 3d and 2d when running on battery, maybe it's a thing in the GPU bios, I'll dump that too and have a look

If some good guy wants to help me out on this as this is my only machine and I haven't money to get a new workstation now

I have a Asus ROG that needs help.
We have a laptop we sold to a customer and within two days he came back in with a administrator bios password on it he had already forgotten.
I have experience with Apple PSV$ and reseting their passwords using a CH341A Black Edition and SOP8 chip clip.
I have dumped the bios, attempted to modify and reflash with no Love. I have the original dump of the bios safe and sound with checksum. 

Anyone have any advise?

Hello, im having problems with this locked bios, every 5th boot my computer freezes when i attempt overclocking it further 3.4ghz.
When i attempt to overclock bclk in my bios to anything above 3.4ghz it doesnt get the overclock. theres a few problems with the HT link multiplier, it doesn't take effect downclocking the multiplier and my computer forces HPET on in windows even i tried using bcdedit /set platformclock no. but it still forces ACPI pmt on windows, i can enable HPET in bios but having both HPET enabled its worse than leaving it disabled in bios, theres no ACPI support for sata on this bios. is it worth flashing/modding this bios ? this all my specs of my mobo

Hi guys,

I have a Packard Bell Easynote TG71BM and my BIOS version is "InsydeH20 V1.10 rev 5.0".

I want to access advanced menu in BIOS but i can't. Please somebody help me...

I want to change RAM frequency in BIOS. How to access advanced menu in my BIOS? I tried "fn+TAB" x3 but it didn't work.

BIOS Unlock Fujitsu D3242-S12

Hello everybody,

I'm totally new at working with Bios programs and software...but I'm learning.

But I allready got stuck in (I think) the beginning  Big Grin

I made a back-up of my original BIOS. And now I'm trying to open it in AMIBCP, but I only see a limited number of options (see attachment).

Do I need to unlock it somehow? Or am I doing something wrong?
Because on the internet I see a lot more options. Including the possibility to change Admin to USER.

Hopefully somebody can help me without any judgement  Big Grin

Help in identifying this Bios Chip...

Hey guys, SUPER Bios-Mod noob here...

My laptop's motherboard uses this as it's bios chip. I want to do a bios dump using CH134A v1.34 but there's no listing for "XMC QH64AHIG" and it never correctly identified the chip when it was connected.

I did some googling and ran across some threads saying this chis is an equivalent to GD25Q64, a XM25QH64A or a W25Q64FW.

I actually pulled data off this chip using EN25QH64 as the chip setting in my CH134A but i'm not sure it's correct or the dump is usable. Screenshot below...

Can anyone let me know the correct settings to identify this chip in CH134A and even perhaps the correct plug/pin position in the usb module running to the clip.

[Request] Asrock FM2A88M Extreme4+ CPU upgrade to A6-7480 Carrizo

Hello Freaks !

i have problems with FM2A88M Extreme4+ (not V2, not Extreme6+) Motherboard to upgrade to A6-7480 released in 2018 , latest Bios from 2014.
As i know, i tried to update with newest OBO Tool, but i think there is missing VBIOS Carrizo  015.048.000.071 and i dont know how to insert.
It exists an ASUS Bios from A68HM-K which supports this CPU with GPU, there i saw the vbios version and dont know how to extract.
My Updates with UBU does not boot with the new CPU, but working well with old A4 CPU, will use it to flash bios.
Reason for upgrade is the newer VGA demux wich contains also H.265 Hardware and low cost price. I ´ll do flashing with a A4-4020 which works great with my modified bios 2.90

CPU wants to make work: A6-7480 ID: AD7480ACABBOX , AD7480ACI23AB , short : AD7480AC

Asus BIOS from A68HM-K to extract all needs for patching:  A68HM-K BIOS 2011 

No matter if a constructed bios does not work, will have a working dump with my chip burner.

I also heard about "AGESA-Code CarrizoPI‑1.3.0.0" or higher will be need to boot this CPU. Dont know what it is and where to download.
