I own a Lenovo S540 thinkpad, and wish to replace the stock Wifi-card with a 5ghz model.

Model: Lenovo Thinkpad S540
Bios Version : UEFI Bios GPET77WW(1.77)

Hello i need to help i put VGA from another ASUS laptop with AMD chipset to Nvidia chipset with Intel processor but VGA is not recognize laptop K70IO-TY002L is beeping and no video .... please help is posible on mod bios recognize new video card. On attachment i put original bios and pictures with 2 video cards one is original from laptop and second i need to put like new one!

HP Probook 4540s Bios Downgrae?

Hello!

I am new here and have a problem with a HP 4540s bios thant i am not able to downgradeit with the F.43 it charged the battery with the F68 it wont charge it.

All HP solutions I have found are not working.

Does anyone have the same problem or solution?

Hi.After upgrading to 1.32, turbo boost stopped working. I would like to return bios back to 1.27. How can I do this?

And also in bios 1.27 I would like to update cpu microcode

[Request] Asrock FM2A88M Extreme4+ CPU upgrade to A6-7480 Carrizo

Hello Freaks !

i have problems with FM2A88M Extreme4+ (not V2, not Extreme6+) Motherboard to upgrade to A6-7480 released in 2018 , latest Bios from 2014.
As i know, i tried to update with newest OBO Tool, but i think there is missing VBIOS Carrizo  015.048.000.071 and i dont know how to insert.
It exists an ASUS Bios from A68HM-K which supports this CPU with GPU, there i saw the vbios version and dont know how to extract.
My Updates with UBU does not boot with the new CPU, but working well with old A4 CPU, will use it to flash bios.
Reason for upgrade is the newer VGA demux wich contains also H.265 Hardware and low cost price. I ´ll do flashing with a A4-4020 which works great with my modified bios 2.90

Link to my updated and working BIOS without VBIOS:   F288ME42.90   AMI APTIO 4 BIOS
CPU wants to make work: A6-7480 ID: AD7480ACABBOX , AD7480ACI23AB , short : AD7480AC

Asus BIOS from A68HM-K to extract all needs for patching:  A68HM-K BIOS 2011 

No matter if a constructed bios does not work, will have a working dump with my chip burner.

I also heard about "AGESA-Code CarrizoPI‑1.3.0.0" or higher will be need to boot this CPU. Dont know what it is and where to download.

ACER M3970 with BIOS P03-A3 and SLIC

I took a motherboard from an old ACER M3970, and assembled a PC around it.
It has a SLIC table according to some tool that I found on the digital life forum.

The BIOS version is P03-A3 from 2012-04-18.
The CPU is i5-3450

Is there a way to install a Win7 Ultimate or pro on that machine using the key in the SLIC?
Where can I get the OEM:SLP installation media from?

Hello, I am trying to find the original bios file for the Intel DQ77KB motherboard. Intel removed all the bios updates for legacy products last year. I have the board and a I7-3770 but intel disabled high power chips in later bios releases and I really don't want to buy another chip as this is a for a cheap test project and I already have the main components. I am looking for Bios version 0038 as it supported the missing processors. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone happened to have a copy of the original file as I can not find it anywhere. Thank you.

Hello,

Today while trying to install an ssd to my computer, I damaged my wi-fi adapter. It gets really hot and it doesn't get signal. I tried to put it in my brothers computer and it didn't work there either. My brother tells me he has a spare wi-fi card but not of same type. Is there someone who could help me overwrite my whitelist?

P.S. my motherboard was replaced and it is unfortunaly BIOS pw locked, I don't know if it restricts overwriting.

I have a "H81M-D R2.0" motherboard. I want something that has changed the factory output ids, serial numbers, guides available on my motherboard.
Is it enough to organize bios for this? The reason I did this is that a second hand computer I bought is banned from almost all the steam games I want to play. Can you help with this ?

Hello, 

I have the problem that my pc won't boot up and I can't get in the Bios.  Undecided
I opened it up, connected a clip with the ch341a programmer, read the chip and saved it as dumpfile.

Now can please somebody modify my dump so i can flash it back and get my laptop running again??

Hey.
I have a Lenovo G500 with cpu Celeron 1005M and HM70 chipset.
When I try to change the processor to a Core i5 3340M,
Writes the processor is not supported.
Please help remove the restriction that prevents me from installing Core i5 CPU
