Sony Vaio SVF152C29M / SVF1521B4E corrupted BIOS Winbond 25Q64FVSIG

I have a Sony Vaio laptop next type:
Model SVF152C29M
Product name: SVF1521B4E
BIOS Chip: Winbond 25Q64FVSIG
 
The keyboard and touchpad are frozen. I can use only USB keyboard and USB mouse when the USB drivers are loaded.
I cannot enter in BIOS.
I can boot from USB stick only Linux, I do not know why not Windows live or installation/repair.
I think BIOS firmware is corrupted.
I wanted to update the BIOS, re-flash it, but it seems I can do it only in Win10:

And I cannot boot Windows live OS from USB stick. It starts and then is locked in an infinite loop.
 
My questions for you are:
-          Can I re-flash the BIOS and make it open/accessible from keyboard with the tools described here?
-          For example:

-          Could be possible that keyboard and touchpad are frozen due to corrupted BIOS? I have replaced the keyboard with a new one and is the same frozen situation.
Or is it a deeper problem with the motherboard, beyond the BIOS?
-          If I buy the USB programmer for Winbond 25Q64FVSIG chip and I extract the .bin file, can anyone help to fix that BIOS firmware? Or is it anywhere free to download as original BIOS settings?
-          Can I extract the firmware file from .exe file Win10 32bit link above and get the .bin file to program it with USB programmer CH341A from tutorial above?

At the bootup the Keyboard and the touchscreen are disabled. i just want if you could unlock the bios so i ca enter the normal settings and the advanced setting to enable the Keyboard and the touchscreen at the boot. so i can install windows directly from usb with enabled keyboard and the touchscreen.

EDIT: After playing with it some more it's working now, it wasn't for 4 hours...

New WiFi Card: Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260

The new card is available in Windows/Linux but is hard blocked by the "WiFi Switch" rfkill in Linux shows hard-blocked. Toggling the WiFI switch (FN+F8) on the keyboard toggles the soft block in Linux/Windows and does not resolve the issue. Bluetooth is working however.. Bypassing the "switch" by taping PIN 20 does not help.

At this point I'd have to assume it's most likely a whitelist of some sort, I understand this is an older system, we are upgrading it a little bit so it can be re-purposed instead of becoming scrap!

Lenovo X1 Carbon Failed flash now wont boot with CMOS battery present

I posted on here for assistance with removing the whitelist from my x1 carbon 2014 (2nd gen), and was contact via PM by a user here, who offered some assistance for a small fee, which I accepted. 


I dumped the bios he returned using a raspberry pi, and it booted up and had indeed removed the whitelist, however due to a TPM security issue it now had 5 loud beeps, and a long delay on every boot, which I didn't like. 

The user recommended I disable the security chip, the shut down, remove the cmos battery, boot to windows, then shutdown, reconnect the cmos battery, and it should all be fixed, however once i reconnected the cmos battery, the laptop will now not boot. 
The power light flashes 3 times, and then it shuts off, 
If I remove the cmos battery I can boot, with a message that there is no system time, and most tellingly
"bad CRC of security settings in EFI variable"

And of course i lose the time each reboot. 

I tried flashing back the old bios, but the result is the same. 

Is there any solution to this?? Or is this laptop bricked?

I'd like access to the Advanced hidden menus.  However, there is an "Advanced" menu but does not 
allow any real advanced settings. I upgraded the CPU to the i7 2960XM and would 
like to upgrade the board to use 32GB 2x 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz PC3-12800 I purchased.  I read on
one forum thread tweaking the voltage and speed should get it to work of the memory.  So, if possible unlock
thermal settings for the Fans, unlock overclocking features for the CPU, Bus Clock, Memory and Graphics.

I have hp 2540 and decided to equipe my notebook with WWAN modem ericsson 5521gw that was listed as working with my model. Infortuantelly i does not!  Do You -anyone- have bios or know anyother way to make it work with my hp 2540 elitebook?

Hi,

I have a Pavillon G6-1045sf series and today I failed the BIOS brick and now I have a black screen always when I start up.

I download Phoenix tool and last BIOS update to recover but in the package I don't find any .FD files only .BIN files and when I put on Phoenix I don't get any .sig files :'(

How can I do? I use this laptop for work and I need him. It's the last one I have.

Hello guys i have specific problem, i have my eGPU connected to my laptop (through Mini PCI-E)a when its connected it won't turn on(only "underscore" on screen not blinking, can't go into bios), i guess there is some whitelist of Mini PCI-E devices, so i would mainly need access to graphic cards in bios, but u can unlock every settings which are hidden, btw i was trying to upgrade my cpu but the pc wasnt good with it, it was showing in BIOS but it wont start again, if there is some update for cpu support[i5 3230M-> i7 3520M]? thank u thank u so much
