This is my first post here, hope I didn't post in the wrong section

Hello everyone, I decided to flash a modded BIOS on my ThinkPad X230 Tablet, mainly to remove the WLAN whitelist, but also for other stuff.
I'm currently waiting for the SOIC8 clip I ordered to arrive, but in the meantime, I have a few questions:
- This forum has a section dedicated to whitelist removals, where should I post if I wanted to do that along with other stuff?
- I'll be using a Raspberry Pi 3 B. Just to be safe, I decided to test all the pins I'll be connecting to the chip, and I found CS# to be outputting 3.12V constantly. Is it supposed to do that?
- Can voltage control and/or clock control be unlocked?
- I want to perform these mods in order of importance: WLAN whitelist removal, unlock of the Advanced menu, voltage/clock control, eGPU fix, WWAN whitelist removal. All are of these compatible with one another?
- What other cool stuff could be achieved by modding the Lenovo BIOS (no plans on installing coreboot)?
- Can I keep the security chip enabled with a custom BIOS? I'm asking because I have BitLocker enabled, which AFAIK stores the keys using the security chip. What about Secure boot (Windows won't retrieve the BitLocker unlock key if I disable that)
- If Lenovo releases a BIOS update, would it be possible to "unlock" some way to flash and patch via software? I'm asking because I don't have a Raspberry Pi myself, and are instead borrowing one.
