Hello

I need whitelist removal Lenovo X1 Carbon 1st Gen (Type 3444-DBG)

Oryginal BIOS (version 2.76, release date 2017/05/19) is in attachment and also on link below

I would like to replace WiFi card in my laptop to card worked with Mac OS. There is any chance to get whitelist removal for this laptop?

Hi Folks !
I desperately try to unlock my Bios since 2 days now to access the advanced menu.
I've been all over the web, I've search the available modded bios --> Nothing
I've search all over the forum with the research option --> Nothing for my model
I've tried to modify the "setup utility" .rom file myself with an hexadecimal editor (following a tuto from Donovan6000, see in attachment)
--> I spent a lot of time of this one, and it didn't work for me. Even if I just tried to swap between a visible menu and an hidden menu...

For information, I've already check inside the "setup utility" .rom file with the universal IFR extractor, and I saw that the menu is present, so it just need to be unlocked now !

Here is my configuration :

Manufacturer : Packard Bell
Model : EasyNote EN TE69BMP-35204G50Mnsk
Bios : InsydeH2O V2.14  ver 5.0
Processor : Intel Pentium N3520

Bios is in attachment "isflash.bin" or can be downloaded here : BIOS Packard Bell

Buying a used Thinkpad - how to know it really is i7?

If the bios can be hacked does this mean if I buy a used Thinkpad I need to crack it open and check it really is an i7 and not an i3 with the BIOS reporting it as i7?

[REQUEST] LG A410 QL9L3G11 Whitelist

Hi, I need help. My A410 have a strange lock. The wifi module originally is the Ralink RT3090 (ID VEN_1814&DEV_3090), a Qualcomm Atheros AR5B125 (ID VEN_168C&DEV_0032) works too, but my DIY EGPU doesn't work at all, and all connections are ok in any tests. So I read online and my BIOS maybe have that whitelist. I'm a hardware guy, not a developer guy or a programmer, so I don't understand too much to proceed a BIOSmod :c
(And, in the BIOS screen show QL7...)

Please, any help will be good. Thanks for the patience.
Also, sorry if I say something wrong, feel free to correct me, because I don't speak a resonable english.

Hello. My name is william. And I have a dell latitude 2100. It's a neeto thingy. But it has hyperthreading. And I would really like to be able to turn off hyperthreading. But you can't in the bios :/ That really sucks. Because now it has 2 threads that are 800mhz opposed to 1 that is 1.6 ghz.

It'd be really coolo if someone could unlock that for me. I've opened the dell bios in a hex editor and confirmed that it is a phoenix bios.

Lenovo G50-70 BROKEN

OK, last year laptop was running with unlocked BIOS and everything was ok. 
Until now... I changed one setting (i don't remember which one) and now mainboard is broken. 
I teardown the laptop too access mainboard. I removed CMOS battery and pluged it after 10 min. Nothing changed. When i plug the power, auto the laptop starts(without pressing any button) and only the light turn on (not battery light) and the screen goes black. Am trying to recovery it but i can't find which name to rename the bios file... ANYONE !

Hey guys,
hope you can help me - I need access to advanced bios settings on my Packard Bell EasyNote TE11HC. I've tried by myself but without success (till now Big Grin  )

I have "InsydeH20 Version 03.71.48V1.13" right now which is the last offial version for my laptop.

HELP! Acer Aspire M5-581T

After flashing my acer aspire m5-581T to get the advanced tab everything worked perfectly until i changed the vram and now when i try to turn it on it just gives me a black screen no acer logo or anything power light is on though.

GPU device ID on a real Mac VideoBIOS

Hi.

This is my first post here on the forum. I posted this here because it looks to be the closest forum to my thread subject.

There is a huge issue right now in the BGA repair community regarding 6th gen HD6750M and HD6770M GPUs.
It's simply impossible to buy GENUINELY new ones anymore. They are now all re-balled or re-marked crap from china. There is nothing new on the market worldwide.

The promising alternatives are the 7th gen HD7670M and HD7610M because they have the same BGA pin pattern and same architecture.
The idea is to change the device id in the VBIOS from that of the HD6750M (0x6741) to that of the HD7670M (0x6840) so the card is recognised. There is a further issue still because the AMD7000Controller.kext does not have the 0x6840 dev id in the info.plist.

Is there a way the device IDs can be changed to recognise the card and get an initial image on startup and then somehow fool the OS into seeing the card as one of the supported device IDs in the AMD7000Controller.kext?

If I upload the .bin would someone be willing to take a look at this pease?

Hello,
I have a Lenovo G570 with an
Intel-Dual-Band-Wireless-AC-7260 - 7260HMW 
I would like only to add this card to the whitelisted list, since with the unlocked and whitelisted modified BIOS, the boot is extremely slow, I don't know why, and this still shows me that this card is unauthorized at boot.
I don't care for unlocking this BIOS.
