Hey guys!

I'm from France and searching for someone who can help me to unlock bios. I don't know anything about bios and all this things. I'm a music producer on Cubase 8.5 and I have a lot of spikes with just couple of tracks running!!
I may need to
1. Disable EIST.
2. Disable C1E
3. Disable C3 Reporting
4. Disable C6 Reporting
Maybe overclock my laptop i don't know...
LatencyMon said something about disable CPU Throttling. I've searched for help for 1 year now... Please heeeeelp me guys !!!

HP 8300 add unable to flash modded BIOS

I have an HP Compaq Elite 8300 SFF desktop and I'm trying to add the PCIe AHCI driver for my Samsung SM951 SSD. I was able to add the driver with mmtool but now I can't flash it.

Here is the original update package for my BIOS ver from HP http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp77501-78000/sp77888.exe

Is there any way to get a modded version of the included HPQFlash 4.40.1.1? I have 4.30.10.2 and have created a ROM.CAB but it doesn't recognize my mainboard, so it won't flash.

Is there any other method to flash a modded BIOS that may work? I tried dumping my BIOS with FPTw64 8.0.10.1464 but it tells me this.

Please delete my other topic, I'll repost here trying to be more specific. I apologize if I am being insistent, but I thought reposting and trying to be more conformant to the topic rules (like the [REQUEST] in the title) would increase my chances of receiving help.

So, please help me by unlocking the bios I've attached to this topic. I've also attached a picture of my current BIOS (it seems like the BIOS version and EC version are not the same.. I don't really know what "EC" is. This was probably because after I updated using the attached bios, I installed an unlocked older bios from this website (which seemed to work, but I'd really like the latest version)). I'd like the attached version modded because it's the latest provided by Lenovo on their website and it's a BIOS I know for sure it's for the G770.

My laptop is Lenovo G770 20089.

I made a change in my bios to "PEG" display adapter and now I have no access to my bios to change it back. I'm not on Windows.

I'm able to get into my OS, but I can't get into the bios to alter settings, it just boots right into my OS.  I have already drained the battery and unplugged CMOS. Did not work.

I had a bios a couple of years ago where I can use my WLAN card and WWAN card. This bios was from 2011. Now I wanted to install the acutelle from the side. Unfortunately comes now at the start of the message that I may not use WLAN and WWAN cards in the device. Then I patched the bios with the "phnxpatch" it was also patched the "BIOSCOD06.ROM". Ich hatte mir vor ein Paar Jahren ein Bios aufgespielt wo mit ich meine WLAN Karte und WWAN Karte benutzen kann. Diese Bios war von 2011. Jetzt wollte ich mir das akutelle von der Seite installieren. Leider kommt jetzt beim starten die Meldung das ich WLAN und WWAN Karten nicht in dem Gerät benutzen darf. Darauf hin habe ich das Bios gepatcht mit dem "phnxpatch" es wurde auch die "BIOSCOD06.ROM" gepatch. Leider funktioniert das BIOS trotzdem nicht, es kommt immer noch die Meldung das die Karten nicht benutzt werden dürfen.

Bios needs Slic 2.1

I have attempted to do the BIOS mod several times using the AWARDTool but Slic toolkit either says "Dump OK ! (But SLIC OEM ID or Digital Signature Error !)" or just says it's still Slic 2.0.... Any help with this computer?

Motherboard is MCP61PM-HM Rev 2.2

Hi guys, i really need your help. I got a MS 7728 2.0 mainboard , and bought the actually best CPU for the 1155 socket, the i7 3770k , but when i put it in, it just beeps 4 times on startup with no screen. I was whole evening and night up , searching for solution, and it is most probably a newer BIOS update, that would fix the problem, and support the Ivy Bridge CPU. Saw some other guys having the same MB like me and all, but the CPU on it too. Would really appriciate and donate if it must be, just to get this working, or else i throwed close 200 euro/dollars out of the window for the CPU..

Recently I picked up this mobo -> Click me! (Socket 775, G41 chipset, g'stuff)
With the latest BIOS n what not...I couldn't run any of my XEONs!

Bummer, I know!

I looked online and there was NO custom mods, only different models!

Kicked out of ths, no hope but this place!

Trying to get an i7 3630qm to work with a Toshiba Satellite c55 mobo

Hello, i have been trying to upgrade my pentium 2020m to an i7 3630qm for over a week now. When i install the i7 the computer refuses to boot. I have an hm76 chipset and a g2 socket so the i7 is supported by my hardware. I tried updating the microcodes to no avail. I currently have an unlocked bios which I've attached and i have a programmer so i dont care if it gets bricked. CPU spec code is SR0UX.

This is a link to a bios from a satellite model that comes with an i7 3630qm and uses the same chipset and socket as mine

I'm certain that the bios is the only thing keeping me from upgrading. Any help is greatly appreciated

This laptop's performance is severely affected by the amount of graphics this laptop uses and adding more RAM to it will help it a lot.

The graphics have been bad since I've bought this laptop back in 2015 and it's still the same.

Can someone please help?

Hello

I try to boot up the Optiplex XE SFF with new Xeon x3323.
Bios at at startup signalls "Unsupported CPU" but after F1 procced to go.
Win10 at first starts, then after few reboot hangs at start up and never go ahead.
Fans very laud - never happen with C2D, core temp. 45-50 deg C. 

Once win start Monitor shows just 2 cores instead of 4.

I compared latest Dell bios A5 in hex editor (HDR) and seems it has included microcodes wich support Xeon's

but as mentioned Bios at start up signal "Unsupported CPU".....

What to change? Where is bug? Wrong microcodes?

YES max TDP which support optiplex XE is 65W. TDP for X3323 is 80w but I think it can pass...

CPU-Z After install X3323.

Windows 10 doesnt automatically update changing CPU

1、I use an unlock bios to open the uefi support install Mac OS Sierra 10.12. There have a new problem cannot use the AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement,need a nullcpupowermanagement.kext to disable it. So could someone please help unlock bios and write access to MSR 0xE2.

2、I had try the PhoenixTool to unpack the bios file,and find powermodule F7731B4C-58A2-4DF4-8980-5645D39ECE58_981.ROM replace the text 75 08 0f ba e8 0f 89 44 24 30 to eb 08 0f ba e8 0f 89 44 24 30.Then rebuild a rom file flash it,still not working

Hello,

My AMD 6760 GPU is broken and it gives a black screen (if enabled as a hardware) after windows logo in start up.
After trying almost everything i managed to get around it by installing windows 10 and quickly stopping it from getting updates with a tool (because updating the driver re-enables the GPU) and instantly disabling my AMD GPU which worked fine for almost 6 months.

Two months ago windows 10 started getting updates again (don't know how) and i got locked out of my laptop again.
Now i would like to bypass this whole problem through disabling the GPU in bios which is through DONOVAN6000 modded version of sp55068 possible.

I searched the whole website here and i didn't find any guide to flash the 01658.Bin through USB (i can't access windows 10)
All i found is this "https://www.bios-mods.com/bios-update/" but it doesn't include my Insyde bios type.

In the original thread "https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-HP-DV6-F-1B-BIOS-MOD-THAT-DOESN-T-CMOS-RESET"
There were also no guides for doing that (just some infos to unbrick).

Can someone please point me toward the right thread which shows me how to do it?
