i have a i7-3770k which cannot be overclocked with the current bios and id like someone to modify my bios to have OC capabilities, i wanna push my cpu up to 4.7ghz i have watercooling all ready all i need is this small tweak and im good to go and im aware of the risks but i dont mind im prepard for it thank you !

BIOS flash succeeded but now readonly, cannot reflash or save settings. Help!

Hi

I have an Acer Revo RL85 media pc which features an AMIBIOS UEFI.  I flashed it using the AMI windows tool and everything appeared to go well.  Upon reboot it failed to detect any drives I looked in the BIOS settings.  RAM is reported as 0 and no drives are detected.  I cannot save any changes to the BIOS settings - although no errors are reported when I do, the settings are simply gone when I reenter the BIOS.

I booted from a Win 10 recovery USB and attempted a refashioned but it stalls with error:

T420 no bios after changing settings

Hello guys, i have a t420 with 1.46 bios from oleh, i received a memory management bsod and decided to modify my memory settings, i dont remember much from the memory management screen but i changed something from static to adaptable and from 3gb to nothing in other settings also on that screen. After that i saved the settings and rebooted, but now i dont even get to the thinkpad splash screen, and i stay on a black screen forever, how can i boot back to my os, all lights and the two drives work when i start the computer but nothing else. I have 1333mhz 16GB of ram from sun memory.

MSI MS-7293 ver 1.0

i have this mb : MSI MS-7293 ver 1.0 from fujitsu siemens scaleo p ms-7293.
all go well except tha amount of ram.
i've installed 2 corsair xms2 ddr2 800mMHz, 2gb each so 4gb total but in the bios only 3gb
in windows 10 x64 say 4gb, usable 2.94gb : i heve gforce 7500LE so no ram shared with windows.
so, O.S. see the 4gb installed the bios no.
i downloaded 1.30 overclock version and i flashed the bios but always the same : only 3gb.
could you help me to solve this problem ?....or try to change same values on bios ?
so i ask unlock request for msi ms-7293 main board, to view all 4gb i've installed

[Requst] Acer Aspire E1-572G

Hello everyone!

Before addressing my problem, I will tell you exactly what have I done so far. My laptop is an Acer Aspire E1-572G-74508G1 and I've been searching in all of this forum's posts for a way to unlock the advanced settings of my bios (InsydeH20 Rev 3.7). I came accross this file "Aspire_E1-572G_V5WE2217_ADV_ACER21.rar" that is the one people with the E1-572G have been using and reporting good results with. I followed every step with Rufus to create the bootable USB with DOS, but apparently my computer is refusing to boot from the USB Drive.

I have installed several windows/linux distros in my computer in the past and have always done it via an USB Stick.

That said, I have 2 questions:
 1 - Is this the correct BIOS to flash on my laptop?
 2 - Is there a way to do it without using the DOS USB drive? Or do you guys see what's the problem behind my sudden inability of booting through my USB stick when created with Rufus?

PS: I've been programming all my life, but I'm clueless about this BIOS unlocking/flashing subject. However I'm willing to learn and give it back to the community. From the time I spent searching around I have to say that I was amazed with all the work you guys have been putting up together. Nice job! Big Grin
