Hi I was wondering if anyone could unlock any additional features in the BIOS for this system?  Possibly extra ram multipliers/ HT/ Northbridge multipliers and core vid manual voltage control.

Also can you add microcode for the OS1389WGK4DGI (Opteron 1389) and OS3280OLW8KGU (Opteron 3280)? and Phenom II x6 1035 to 1065T and lastly HD96ZTWFK4DGR (Phenom II 960T Black Edition 95W).

Just got a lenovo Z70 the other day...stupid wifi lock!

I struggled my way through attempting modify the bios myself, but eventually I shyed away for fear of bricking a new laptop Tongue

Anyways, here is the official bios, let me know if further is needed.

Hello, there!

My original Intel 7260-N single band wireless card on my laptop stops to work recently. The card disconnect from the AP all in a sudden, I have to firstly disable the card in the windows device manager, and then then enable it. This drives me crazy. so I tried to replace the old card by dual-band ones. but you know, these cards are unfortunately all blacklisted.

Is it possible for you guys to release a mod for the latest 96CN29WW(v1.15) BIOS (http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/yoga-series/yoga-2-13-notebook-lenovo)?

Because of I am a newbie in BIOS, I noticed that people always provide a BIOS scanning report and dump content of their BIOS flash chip in the attachment, which named "result.rar" typically in their request thread. can any one tell me how to make those kind of scanning report? and where to download those tools for the BIOS backup and upgrade? the linkages in their thread are all no longer accessible.

Hello people!

I have a motherboard ASUS P5LD2-VM ver. 1.03g. Version 2.00g supports Core 2 Duo processors, this only dual core. I tried it to install BIOS 1401 14:08 date. which is the version 2.00G support C2D, but the installation is left earlier date, which is the version 1.03g. Is there a way to install the bios of 2.00g versions, or some other way to make support for the C2D processor?

Hello Sir, i have Sony VAIO SVE1511AEN Laptop (2nd Gen i 3/ 2 GB/ 320 GB/Win 7 ). and Insyde R0240E6 bios.
after setting up BIOS Password i have forgeted.
n tried many thing, but failed. (there is no jumper's in motherboard).
Sir kindly tell me step by step all process to safely reset my bios. sir if you have any suggestion than please help

I made a request to unlock the bios on my acer aspire M7811 a few weeks ago but someone answered me that it was a too old bios.

So i upgraded my bios and repost a request 2 days ago but no one seems to be able to help me, so i have a question :

which software may I use to unlock my bios by myself ?

I join a save of my bios if it can help...

How can i reset my Bios Password on my oldscool Lenovo T400?

Hi ich have an old T400, it take long Time in my basement. Now i hold it back in the lighning world. Take in a new harddrive and it is working. But i have an Bios password in it. how can i remove it on the easy way?

Or strong way, eeprom programmer i have.

Can help me one of the gods in the Board Please Huh Huh Huh

ok now i have no more access to the Laptop, ich have read than i can flash a new bios an than is the password gone. so i burn a bios boot cd from lenovo, but now is a startuppassword on it and i remove the bios battery now i cant get in the laptop. Please hellp me. I will make a dump from my eeprom.

Or have someone ah clean dump so i can write it on my eeprom?

HP Bios unlock for the HP Pavilion DV9055EA

Dear community,

I hereby ask you to unlock the bios advanced menu's for the HP Pavilion DV9055EA laptop.
It has an F.2E version that already has the whitelist removed to make use of an Intel AC7260 wifi + Bluetooth card.
Unfortunately the WIFI works but the Bluetooth doesn't work. I already tried to disable pin-51 of the card but that also doesn't work.
I think that in the advanced menus of the BIOS I can tweak with the USB support of the mini PCI-E so that the Bluetooth will work.

Hopefully someone can help me out on this one.

What i have done:
I have flashed the bios to remove the whitelisting.
I have installed the Intel AC7260 Wifi card with Bluetooth
The Bluetooth doesn't work or shows up in device-manager
Disabled pin-51 of the card, still doesn't work.

I would like:
To have an bios that has the whitelisting removed and the advanced menu unlocked, or if someone else knows a solution for this problem then I'll be glad to take up that advice.

*** UPDATE ***

I don't know if it's a hardware issue but I think that it should be able to support the Bluetooth function.
The only thing I know is that the PCI Express Mini Card slot should be able to support two interfaces: PCI Express and USB Bus.
The USB bus interface is required to make the Bluetooth function work.

I have a laptop samsung np300e4z-s02vn. It have problem when I try enter bios setup. F2 do not work. I was try remove battery but it's only clear bios. I can not access BIOS via F2. I only have newest update from samsung (for windows) ITEM_20130312_817_WIN_09QB.exe

Confirmed whitelist removed and Intel Wifi on AMD CPU dv6700

Just confirming that the non-whitelist BIOS labeled sp52477 seen from camiloml signature of BIOS REPOSITORY does indeed work on HP Pavilion dv6770se.

Further, Intel Ac-3160 dual band (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac) mPCIe card works great with AMD chipset/CPU, contrary to problems seen here: https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-Removed-HP-Pavilion-dv6737ez-Whitelist-Removal-Request-please

My AMD CPU and this Intel Wifi card work great together with the above mentioned BIOS. I saw no driver error.

I would like to install a Telit LN930 card, which of course is not on the whitelist, in a Lenovo T450s.
I don't have any WWAN card running in the machine so far, so I donnu about the PCI\VEN please let me know if you need further information Smile

Unlocking Gigabyte GA-MA785GT-UD3H (rev. 1.1)

Hi,

I am new here, so please be patient ;o) with me. I have several Questions:

I need to exchange in my NAS MB, therefore I need ECC. Currently I have an ASUS board installed with the same chipset as Gigabyte GA-MA785GT-UD3H (rev. 1.1), and there is suport, and it is ECC activated in BIOS.

I would like to switch the ASUS MB for Gigabyte GA-MA785GT-UD3H (rev. 1.1), which is HW capable of ECC, but in BIOS it is not possible to activate it. My main and first question is, is it possible to unlock the support of ECC in BIOS (HW support it)?

If not, I have another MB with diff. chipset from Asrock, which is also capable of ECC, and also not activated in BIOS. My second Q for now is, it is possible to suport ECC in any oher models/manufactures?

I want to say thanx to Bdmaster.. Camiloml.. and the other in this forum..
now bios it's ok but i'm not be able to start mountain lion or maverick on this pc
(it's not my first hackintosh on other hardware...but here with modded bios i can't start after installation.
i don't know how to set bios.. and in all way it doesn't works !
maybe its the image not bootable...(i have not a mac for download app...) use TRANSMAC..
iAtkos image... i used all boot flags... cpus=1...busratio=17...-v -x -f -F GraphicsEnabler....in not important that i explaine at ALL OF YOU (You know that).. pc answer ??!? restart and goes to HP startup logo...

do you know how can i fix it?

Hi.
I'm looking for a mod Insyde Bios F.21 Rev. 3.5 out of unlocked option AHCI / IDE Mode.
I replaced the drive in my Laptop on the SSD.
And I can not install Windows 8.1 SSDs require AHCI Mode. A default bios is set to IDE.
I tried a few mods, but did not have the option to choose between AHCI and IDE MODE.
I also tried to modify their own, but it's not my cup of tea, so I turn to you asking for help.
I hope you will help me.
