Device in question, a Toshiba NB255-N250 netbook, factory outside of 2gig ram and SSD

Currently running latest V1.90 BIOS from Toshiba

Does not support direct link to BIOS file, and its a smidgeon too big for attachment since it includes flashing program

Attachment is BIOS as read from the universal bios toolkit program

hello.i planning to upgrade my vaio fw31m with a 128gb ssd msata for windows partition and keep the hard drive as data partition which is on sata 0 port,but i dont`t have another sata port on mb.
So i search in schematic diagram and i found sata 1 tp which should be on motherboard but they aren't. I found instead sata 4 tp,but sata 4 port is disable from bios.

Can this be enabled by modding the bios? maybe advanced menu....need experts

Hi guyz,

Can anyone help me with a bios mod for HP Pavilion G6 ?

I just need to work a bit on options for my video cards and some adjustments to CPU/GPU and other devices.
Any possibility to unlock all hidden settings ?

Model: HP Pavilion G6 - 1122sq

I just had some issues with the computer: it seems to get into some kind of lag after a while with more than one tabs opened or more than one programs running.

I'm running W7 32 bits.

Please let me know if we can do something to this G6 model.

Hello my friends
Can somebody please unlock my BIOS from Dexbook LN DXI7EM8H5? It's a notebook from a Brazillian( or probably chinese) manufacturer that sells cheap and good notebooks, but with almost none support. Their website is down, so I can't get any support for bios updates, and I had to extract mine. I need to unlock all the possible options, especially VT-d, CFG-Lock and Secure Boot Mode. I don't know if its possible, but any upgrades would be amazing. I know that it isn't much, but I can donate 10 dollars to the person that helps me. I'm sorry that I can't give anything else, as I'm a student with not alot of money. If it helps, here goes some of my specs:
Core I7 2640M 2.8GHz Sandy Bridge, 8GB RAM 1333, Chipset: Intel® HM65.
The CPU ID is 000206A7, and the MicroCode Patch ID is 00000014

Hi,

I have a HP Mini 200-4202SA with version F.08 of the HP InsydeH20 BIOS installed which is the latest version for this model (sp60935.exe).

Can anyone kindly help unlock the BIOS tro show all hidden settings such as the advanced and power menu's as I need to change the hard disk mode for an SSD and tweak some memory timings.

I'm going to upgrade my F5VL Notebook from T5450 to P8700. I've already bought processor, but after fitting it into socket computer starts but there's only black screen. I have NB SIS 671/FX/DX/MX Rev. 00 and SB SIS 968 Rev. 01 . BIOS is AMI ver. 213 from 12/25/2007.
I couldn't find any cpu support list for this notebook. Is there something I can do about it? Please help me. Someone could modify the bios or tell me which processors are compatible with my asus?

Hi, i'm french guy and it's hard for me to understand what you make... i'm unable to modded a bios... I think it's impossible with this MoBo...

can anyone confirm attached bios is a good backup from my acer?

there is no bios availible at this moment, and i am unable to do certain settings for win 7 install to boot in uefi mode

also i dont know how to reflash a insyde, can someone point me in a good direction?

i've backupped the bios with Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0.

did anybody ever make a bios to get a Phenom X4 to work in the HP M2N68-LA Ivy8? if so I need that bios, if not can You guys mod one? I'm trying to run a Phenom X4 9550 in it, without any luck so far. I tried flashing it with the one right off the asus site that does have that processor support, same board, just not the HP one, when I run awardflash I just keep getting messages like "source file not found", when it's on the same disk and I typed the filename and command line correctly.

I would like to get access to overclocking settings and any other hidden menus that may be available.

I'm also very curious what the MSIHiddenFun nv variable does. It showed up when I ran dmpstore from shellx64.efi 2.0.

The BIOS I currently have is version 10E here.

If there's a tutorial on how to do this myself I'd like to learn but I couldn't figure it how to get the aptios tools or how to change the MSIHiddenFun variable from on to off using shellx64.efi. I can see in amibcp 4.53 that there are a ton of settings hidden but that tool can't change it. I also saw that changing nv variables works from some other recent MSI laptops on this thread, but they deleted the utility that does it for you.
