Hello,

I'd like to know if it is possible to unlock overclocking options for my Acer Revo RL70.
(and by the same time the possibility to insert SLIC 2.1 for Windows Seven)

im currently looking at tinkering and wondering if this is unlocked or able to be unlocked i figured this was the place to start so hopefully you guys can help me out i run dual boot ubuntu 13.10 and Windoze 8.1 any help is appreciated the computer came with f.34 after updateing to 8.1 it became f.37 thanks!

Acer e1-531 black screen

My Acer Aspire E1-531 won t boot BIOS. After pressing start button it starts but screen still black, flashlights shows that it charging and shows that HDD works but only for a few seconds. System FAN shutdown after 3-4 seconds but notebook still on.

Lenovo G580 InsydeH2O Bios Recovery help

Hi, I bricked my laptop when changing some advance settings in bios (I changed video output to PCI and there is only black screen now when turning on laptop), and now I need to flash back my bios or reset settings but I think it's not gonna work. So, I read that there is bios recovery function. I have formatted my pendrive to FAT, and in the main directory I placed the BIOS file named: 5ECN96WW.fd Then I plug it into laptop, then I push Fn+B, while doing this I plug in power cable, and after that I turn on. The fan speed is 100%, I see that there is an activity on pendrive, but then... It stops, and after ~30 sec laptop shutdowns... and the bios is not flashed. I think that I give bad bios filename. Any ideas what to do now?

Hello and thanks in advance. I searched the forums and the repositories and could not find my particular modded BIOS. I have a Toshiba Satellite C655D-S5120 with BIOS version 1.8. I would like to access the advanced setup features, if possible. If there is a modded BIOS somewhere or perhaps someone on here could point me in the right direction, that would be outstanding. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Bugs in my bios

Hi everybody

Actually after many days searching web for bios mod forumes, no one helped me.
Also i understood that RSA bios is not moddable.
I found a solution from donovan6000 blog, lucky that one of the modded bios he provided in Get Started section (HP Insyde F.02 SP54846 link http://www.mediafire.com/download/i0oai9...54846.zip) similar specs to my laptop is working great except two bugs hope to help me solve them

1-My OS windows 7 is reading my GPU as Radeon 6770m instead the original one Radeon 7690M XT (it is not a big deal for me)
2-When my computer wake up from sleep mode, the Bluetooth module disappears completely even from device manager. you should restart the computer to get it back
3- with original bios sp60655, and after replacing WiFi card (Original one came with laptop) it is working fine.
4-When install modded bios again SP54846, the problem comes again even with original WiFi card (came with laptop)
5-I noticed that with original bios sp60655, the wlan and bluetooth FCC ID is weitten in the first page of bios setup but it is not with the modded one.

The problem could be the bios dont see bluetooth FCC ID after wake up and disappear

I noticed also the bluetooth is not involved in - HP Connection Manager - as with original bios

please help me to solve Bluetooth issue as i fade up googling the issue Sad
