Sony Vaio SVF152C29M / SVF1521B4E corrupted BIOS Winbond 25Q64FVSIG

I have a Sony Vaio laptop next type:
Model SVF152C29M
Product name: SVF1521B4E
BIOS Chip: Winbond 25Q64FVSIG
 
The keyboard and touchpad are frozen. I can use only USB keyboard and USB mouse when the USB drivers are loaded.
I cannot enter in BIOS.
I can boot from USB stick only Linux, I do not know why not Windows live or installation/repair.
I think BIOS firmware is corrupted.
I wanted to update the BIOS, re-flash it, but it seems I can do it only in Win10:

And I cannot boot Windows live OS from USB stick. It starts and then is locked in an infinite loop.
 
My questions for you are:
-          Can I re-flash the BIOS and make it open/accessible from keyboard with the tools described here?
-          For example:

-          Could be possible that keyboard and touchpad are frozen due to corrupted BIOS? I have replaced the keyboard with a new one and is the same frozen situation.
Or is it a deeper problem with the motherboard, beyond the BIOS?
-          If I buy the USB programmer for Winbond 25Q64FVSIG chip and I extract the .bin file, can anyone help to fix that BIOS firmware? Or is it anywhere free to download as original BIOS settings?
-          Can I extract the firmware file from .exe file Win10 32bit link above and get the .bin file to program it with USB programmer CH341A from tutorial above?

At the bootup the Keyboard and the touchscreen are disabled. i just want if you could unlock the bios so i ca enter the normal settings and the advanced setting to enable the Keyboard and the touchscreen at the boot. so i can install windows directly from usb with enabled keyboard and the touchscreen.

Bios Version You Want Modded: 3602

This Asus H81M-E have a wrong H81M-A BIOS, and we are unsuccessful while trying to flash the right one.

From experience I believe that AFUWINx64.EXE /GAN would be able to flash the .ROM of the BIOS. Anyone here is able to do the .ROM or have another method to suggest?

Dell Optiplex 3020 enable RAID 1

I have a few OptiPlex 3020s I am rebuilding and upgrading, and was sad to learn Dell only has AHCI support in the BIOS, but no RAID option.

I am wondering if this is something that can be easily modded and "turned on" in the existing BIOS code, without any major code revisions.

I am looking to do RAID 1 only.

The OptiPlex 3020, in all form factors, MiniTower, Small Form Factor, and Micro, use the Intel H81 Chipset.

I made a Windows 10 install USB with Rufus, when booting from it, it just skips  and goes to desktop by default. It has something to do with Rufus or the BIOS setting?

Lenovo X1 Carbon Failed flash now wont boot with CMOS battery present

I posted on here for assistance with removing the whitelist from my x1 carbon 2014 (2nd gen), and was contact via PM by a user here, who offered some assistance for a small fee, which I accepted. 


I dumped the bios he returned using a raspberry pi, and it booted up and had indeed removed the whitelist, however due to a TPM security issue it now had 5 loud beeps, and a long delay on every boot, which I didn't like. 

The user recommended I disable the security chip, the shut down, remove the cmos battery, boot to windows, then shutdown, reconnect the cmos battery, and it should all be fixed, however once i reconnected the cmos battery, the laptop will now not boot. 
The power light flashes 3 times, and then it shuts off, 
If I remove the cmos battery I can boot, with a message that there is no system time, and most tellingly
"bad CRC of security settings in EFI variable"

And of course i lose the time each reboot. 

I tried flashing back the old bios, but the result is the same. 

Is there any solution to this?? Or is this laptop bricked?

Z97I-Plus and H97I-Plus Mobo Bios Request

I have a Asus Z97I-PLUS and H9I-Plus(I think they use the same bios) that I am having issues trying to hack them.  I am specifically looking to enable the PCI Express configurations to enable hot plug capability for NVMe.  When I save the file using AMIBCP, it says its saving it as an unsigned file and then I can't update the bios using the modded file.  When I try to update via bios, it says it is not the same size bios as original but I compare the two and they show the same size.  Can anyone help or produce one for me?

Not sure what the next step is but any help would be appreciated

Alrighty! Hey guys! I joined today because like. I tried. I read guides. I googled. I reddited. I youtubed even. I downloaded stuff. I tried editing things and basically was like a 5 year old trying to build a Lego Death Star. So now here I am; crying for halpz!

I bought a "Jingsha X89" motherboard along with a cheap 12-core processor. The website for the manufacturer is Mingize / Huanan / Jingsha (and probably others)and it seems they have multiple socket G34 motherboards; but with different brands. "Huanan" seems to be another brand that makes these boards.

Alas - one of the problems is that there are -0- overclocking options.

* Hypertransport is locked to 2000MHz
* RAM speed is locked
* RAM timings are locked
* BCLK options are unavailable
* CPU Multiplier options are unavailable

Does anyone have any insight? What is the "bounty" needed for someone to unlock the other features? Smile

Hello community ,
i would like to ask you if there is any copy of the bios with SLIC for the laptop HP Pavilion DV6520ea GJ012EA # B1A .
It seems that the laptop belongs to the retired HP products and i cannot find a copy of the bios.It is about a friends laptop which currently has bios f.09 version and i want to upgrade it from a Core2 duo T7100 to T9500 which the laptop can support with the latest bios.Apart from this i would also like to find a copy with a slic 2.1 bios .
