T440 Whitelist + Advanced Menu + Hacktionish(maybe)

These files were pulled using flashrom as that is all I have.

I need to whitelist for new wqhd display, wifi(Intel 9260) and new quad core cpu 4810mq.

I would also like to have advanced menu as well and remove/disable computrace.

I may hackintosh this but I don't have access to a Mac at the moment to get the ISO. So this could be down the road. If any of the above is prevented when hackintoshing let me know and leave it out.

Also I pulled both winbond chips can you confirm if I will need to replace both files when whitelisting.

could someone unlock the ROG RAMPAGE VI EXTREME Bios tabs please, I'm tired reading forums but don't have a clue.

The point here, is to play with vroc vmd, but if each tab unlockcable could be unlocked it would be nice.

Hello ! 
I can confirm that you can successfully upgraded an Intel i3 3110m to an i5-3210m (socket rPGA 988B) on the official Toshiba Bios 1.40 without any issue Smile
Turbo-Boost Technology is working fine like everything else on that CPU (Temp, Hyperthreading, ...)
The i5 is slightly faster than the i3 on my laptop.

Hello everyone !
I'm new here and I was wondering if someone can unlock the Bios for my laptop please ? I try to setup an eGPU and I need to disable the whitetesting to make this work (according to that website ) 

The BIOS file .exe can be found here (idk how to extract it sorry)

Laptop specs :
Model : Toshiba Satellite C50-A-19U
OS : Windows 10 64 bits (1803)
CPU : Intel i5-3210m
Motherboard : Intel PT10F
BIOS Version : Insyde 1.40

[Request] Bios unlocked, asus z170-p

I use the asus z170-p motherboard, i7 es 6400t cpu.

The latest BIOS does not support the i7 es 6400t cpu.

BIOS that supports i7 es 6400t cpu is bios of 2016/06(2003.rom).

Im hoping someone will be able to help me unlock this bios, 

and ideally give it as many featured as possible, 

and would be greatly appreciated!

Asus GL702VM BIOS rescue

Hi there and welcome everybody.

Recently I have made some changes to my bios settings, I think in key management. After this change laptop is powering up but with blank screen.

I have managed to find a bios dump from some user on the internet and successfully flash it to the bios chip using programmer. But this bios is password locked and it contains his mac address and serial number.

Is there any chance to repair my bios please?

Improving AM3 Support on ZOTAC GF8300-A-E

Hello to all,
I have some difficulties running an Athlon II X2 (260, stepping NAEGC AE) on a Zotac GF8300 motherboard. The last bios update released for this board (AWARD dated June 2009) claims to support AM3 processors. It kinda does but not really, by that i mean that:
  • Recognises only some AM3 CPUs, said 260 is recognised but, for example, a Sempron 145 (random test processor i have lying around) only gets detected as "AMD processor model unknown"

  • Even for the procs that get detected the machine is extremely unstable, with symptoms that at a first glance would point to bad ram: random freezes, BSODs with inconsistent error codes, graphical corruption if using the onboard graphics...

    Needless to say the ram is good, as it works on this board with an older first gen Phenom and on another motherboard with the A II X2 260 (an ASUS, and given how picky ASUS boards are about memory if it works on that it will work on anything)
Given my very little understanding on how AMD cpus work, I was wondering if an AGESA update could mend some of these issues. I don't really care about the Sempron support, but getting the Athlon working would be nice.

Here is some CPU-Z screenshots from a working configuration, and attached should be the bios file (pad4 folder).

Also I've read in the readme topic that I should link to a similar motherboard in case some parts from its bios are needed to mod this one, this Gigabyte board seems close enough (AWARD bios, MCP78 chipset and support for basically any cpu with a sane wattage). It's a Geforce 8200 rather than 8300, but the only difference between them should be the iGPU clocks.

Hi everyone,

I received a HP ENVY DV6-7280ez, everything is good except the HDD turning at only 5400 rpm ... so I bought a caddy + ssd to replace the unuseful DVD player by a brand new SSD, so I could install windows on it.
It is still in shipment, but I discovered after that AHCI should be enable through the BIOS ... unfortunately, this option is not available, even if my bios version isn't so old. I check with Samsung Magician : TRIM is enabled, but not AHCI (in devices management the same).
So I downloaded the modified version made by Sml6397 (https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-R...P48121-exe) but I didn't understand what I am supposed to do with the wph file ?
I tried to but it alone on a usb stick, I tried with the crisdisk => when I push win+B upon startup, I just this the caps lock blinking, but nothing on the screen, and the usb stick is not flashing ...
I tried the Andy's tool, but don't understand what I an supposed to do with it to find the correct bios name ?

Please, can somebody help me ? I am not a noob, this is just my first time flashing a boot, and after many days and hundreds pages of searches, I can't find a solution ... I think the wph file will help me, but I need to know how to flash with it.
