hi guys i use toshiba satellite
my bios ver 1.60
i cant change the vram cuz the setting is hidden see i have 4g ram
1.6 shared
but vram only 64 .. thats my problem
:/ if someone knows another way to change the vram value not using bios
tell me too please

Hello! I went through this forum looking for any bios that may have unlocked for this laptop. However, most of them seems like they have ended within a request or the OP just never continued to give input to the helper.

I apologize before hand for not putting every information up here but I will try to give fast response whenever someone asks about the bios info.

I have Insyde BIOS, v(I will put this later)
Running Intel Celeron quad core N2920

I know it's an old system, but it has a touchscreen and I would like to use it with one of the virtualized Android emulators available, like Andy OS which use Virtualbox.
Computer: HP TouchSmart iQ500
Motherboard: Pegatron IMISR-CF
Bios Type: AMI
BIOS Version: 5.10 (sp41095.exe)

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo T7500

My system supports vt-x but is not showing in the bios menu, do you think it would be possible to enable it?

I've seen someone already modified this Bios version to add Slic 2.1: https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/archive/index.php?thread-11722.html
But I suppose it's the only difference with the original Bios?

Dear BIOS-Mod Community,

I would like to request a whitelist removal for my e535. I have already backed up the BIOS with the Universal BIOS Backup Toolkit V2.0 and uploaded the ROM here:

Why? I have looked at the FRU list for my notebook and bought a WiFi adapter, but even though model name, model number and manufacturer match exactly, the WiFi adapter does not have an FRU printed on it and is not recognized as being on the whitelist. Retardedly, getting another WiFi adapter of this model with a supplier-guaranteed FRU is many times more costly than without.


Thank you in advance, I greatly appreciate the time and work you invest in this community. I will provide feedback afterwards of course.

Shutdown issues when doing a fresh install of win 7 on Lenovo B575

Hello, I am a newbie at these forums so pardon my soon to be many mistakes. I just got a new (at least to me) Lenovo B575 that the hardrive failed on. I have tried many times to do a fresh non OEM install of Win 7 HP. Every time I finished the installation the machine fails to shut itself down. I press and hold the power button and it shuts down with no problems. I have tried clearing the MBR and still end up with 3 Partitions. I am starting to believe that a whitelist issue is keeping me from doing a fresh non OEM install or the bios is setting up a recovery partition that does not exist(recovery info). Any help or ideas would be hugely appreciated! Thanks ahead for any help or considerations... Confused

afudos /gan on asus laptop

I have a patched bios (removed MSR) however afudos doesn't flash it, the bios has smi lock. I read afudos /GAN can flash it however someone bricked his pc. Does anyone know if it's safe to try this on an ASUS x301a motherboard based laptop?
