Hello, I have a notebook called 2A.M Model E550, I have an I5-9400 CPU, 8gb and 128ssd.

It has AMI BIOS, I was told that this notebook is based on a Clevo NB50TH, however, I'm not sure.

I wonder if anyone can unlock this BIOS for me.

The reason I would like to unlock the BIOS is that I am very curious, but I don't have enough knowledge to unlock the BIOS.

I made a dump using a program they used in this forum.

I'm trying to add Wifi 6 to a Panasonc Toughbook CF-54 MK2. It appears to have an AMI BIOS. The latest version is here:
Included Wifi card is Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 -- PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_24F3&SUBSYS_00108086&REV_3A

I'll also note before going forward that the Bluetooth features of the card appear to be working and that the BIOS is not preventing boot. I am no expert in BIOS whitelists, so I wanted to note that before anyone took the time to verify whether or not there was a whitelist here.

Hello everybody

is there any chance to get resizable bar support by unlocking a bios feature for the Rampage IV Extreme?

I know its an old thing to deal with, and there is a possibility to activate at least above 4G decoding on a P9X79-E WS.
That, as far is a know, is a basic requierment for resizable bar.

Happy for any comments on this!

Hi, I have my Old optiplex 780 with motherboard from 580 (MB dell 039vr8). I installed phenom II x6 1045T on it but i guess this MB does not recognize my cpu because in bios my cpu stands as unknown and it runs on 0,8Ghz instead of 2,7/3,2Ghz. I have latest bios A08. Could someone please mod this bios to support my cpu? Thanks in Advance

i have a Thinkpad X1 Tablet model 20KJ-SOPM00 Core i7 8650U 8Go Ram 256 Go Samsung NVMe M2 Disk
two connectors USB-C controller Thunderbolt 3 + NanoSim LTE and microSD reader
i tried all things to install Windows 7 but i failed it get me really crazy !!
The Bios is UEFI only the Legacy Bios is deleted by the manufacturer
There is no Legacy neither CSM Bios

Please help me to get these options (Legacy & CSM Bios) enabled again

hi guys ,

i need modded bios by adding ACPI features s0 s1 s3 and s4 in bios , motherbaord what i have buying from aliexpress for thinkstation p300 i have been surprised that motherbaord is for server ts140 or 240 or 440 is the same motherbaord IS8XM and its the same for lenovo thinkcentre m83/93/93p only the difference is the chipset c226 and p85 respectively ,  but this last one haven't acpi feature no suspend no hybernation.
can any one has moddified the bios ?

Hi,
I am a software engineering student, and my laptop has been underperforming lately.
Mainly the CPU is the problem, I was thinking about buying a laptop with a better CPU, but I don't have the money yet for that, so I would like to try some overclocking. I have done some undervolting in the past for this CPU using IntelXTU to prologue battery life, but now I would like a bit more power out of it. IntelXTU does allow me to change voltage but not frequency or anything else.
The processor is an i5-7300HQ, 3.1GHz max boost.
I have lots of room in terms of thermals: I get @60 C while undervolted and @ 65-68 C normal voltage, while running a stress test like Cinebench or Blender.
The bios version is 4KCN45WW

Hello, I got a locked insyde bios for an an acer nitro 5 (AN515-54) the bios mods are all specific to the user so there isn't a one mod fit all file making it hard to modify. In my case, im trying to change my motherboards UUID and serials, but my tools can't write to the SMBIOS because presumably it is locked. Would there be a bios mod one could make that would enable an insyde tool to write to SMBIOS from windows at any time?

Hello! I would like to unlock the BIOS on this laptop since I want to lock frequencies to 3000 MHz to make this laptop not to boost to 4Ghz cause it's heating up to 103 C. I repasted it a lot of times, cleaned it - no luck.
Disabling turbo-boost in Windows control panel, setting maximum processor state to 99% makes this laptop run NOT at the stock frequency which is 2.3 GHz, for some reason it makes it run at 1.7 GHz which is really low and games run like a crap at this frequency.
So I would like to know if it's possible to unlock BIOS on this laptop. I would be really grateful if you help me with that.

i acciently wiped the W25Q80DV chip on my asus g531QY laptop thinking it was bios and now have nothing on it i need the .bin file so i can program it back on....apparently it might be the EC controller???
