I changed the WLAN Card from Intel® Centrino® Advanced-N 6200 AGN to Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz.

now i can't turn on the WLAN.
The drivers are okay i see the Card, but i can't activate it.

I test it wich Win10 and Linux

I hope you can help me.

Hello, I own the mb in subject and am having issues booting Windows 10 with VT-D enabled, if I disable it all works fine but when it is enabled i can't boot, it gets stuck at the win10 blue logo. Anyone can help me fixing this issue for the bios on this mb?

Hi, Please help to suffer, i have now Zotac Magnus one with i3 10100, but when i changed Cpu to 10600 its says that i have Current limits. As i know there i saw some Zotac Magnus Custom bios with voltage and Overlocking options, i will attach images. And i cant get a bios dump with Fptw64( , any ideas how to do this? Also i will attach bios Bin file from zotac site if it will help

I think the processor with a small tank, I need help. on normal PCs, it is solved by increasing the processor voltage (from 1.2V to 1.3V). Anyone who could help would be grateful. The PC reboots especially often in power-saving mode.

Hello, I have a Tablet 10 Lenovo L20L3 S00300. After oficial BIOS update from lenovo web site the tablet become blocked. Not possible to enter setup or Windows.

I tried different approachs but in the end I use this BIOS (https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-L...light=20L3 ) and I Have programmed the tablet using a HW programmer CH341A.

Now the tablet can boot windows (but with several problems, I can not enter in a user account for example, only the task manager is ok and I can execute command line commands. But the oficial lenovo flash SW does not work), but I lost all the board data (UUIC, Serial number, MAC address, etc).

I have the original box so I have the above mentioned data.

How can I rebuild this information?
I do not have a backup of the original working BIOS (but I have a backup of the BIOS that does not work).

Request for Removal of Elitebook 8770W Wifi Module whitelist, already tried asking nicely on HP's support forum and anyone can guess how that went. Ive built this machine into a light/meduim gamer but it is severely limited by its ancient WiFi module. Want to install intel AX200 but it keeps disabling it. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

Need help unlocking the PCIE port options in BIOS.

Im trying to build an eGPU using an EXP GDC dock but came across with a black screen issue after plugging in the dock with the graphics card and turning the laptop back on.

After some research around the web, I found that this was a common issue and one best option to solve this is by unlocking the advanced settings of my BIOS.

This has been making my head ache for the past few weeks as it has already cost me a lot. Would greatly appreciate any help.

BIOS info: American Megatrends Version 412. Let me know what else is needed to move forward.

Hey All,

Could someone point me in the right direction on how to upgrade the BIOS to a custom BIOS on my Lenovo Miix 3 1030?
I downloaded the bin file from the link below, but I can't figure out how I am meant to apply it?

For starters I can't find out what type of BIOS I have (Award etc).
I tried using the official update package from Lenovo but that seems to be a deadend (it crashes on my laptop running Win10, and I think that has a prepackaged BIOS embedded in the installer anyway).

I have F24 bios (modded by BDMaster). It was working on my old motherboard (hm55). But I replaced the motherboard to HM65 model. F24 Mod bios has no whitelist but wifi button is not working (always red light) so default wifi card is not working too.

I need only wifi whitelist removal. Can you help about this issue?

UPDATE: After installed BDMaster's SP53872 F.24 modded bios, I blocked 20 and 51 pin with a band (camiloml's wifi button fix guide). Everything is working fine now.

insane ideas [q170 -> h110,b250,z370 cross-change mod]

hi bros, i have bought around 7 thin-atx boards with q170 chipset, it is kind of similar to z170,so, i have few b250,z170,h110 (some with z370) dead motherboards with confirmed dead chipset, i have an equipment to solder q170 to those boards, but i have tested previously and sometimes even if you change z170 to z270 the board might not boot, ot boot with errors or crazy behaviour... so i wanna talk to you guys if, maybe, such bios mod is possible[i believe it is possible] but i do not know how to perform it, and would be glad to participate with any users in this thread trying to boot and make q170 work properly on those boards....
why? because i have to, i dont have spare proper chips and just wanna have fun with you guys !!!

I have a lenovo but im not able to install a driver in windows 10 since i can not get to these settings: BIOS->Security->Memory Protection->Execution Prevention [Disable]
BIOS -> Security - >Security chip->Security chip [Disable]
Security boot - [disable]


And what i undestand i dont have this option what i can see
i did test to dump bios with Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0.exe
then i can open bios in some bios editors, but when downloading bios from lenovo: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mob...w_72ww.exe

and unpack exe i get bios file: MfgFL5C5.ROM

that one i cant edid or open
