AMI BIOS Upgrade for VAIO

Hello. I am looking for an upgrade or some unlocked BIOS for my current AMI BIOS in my VAIO. I cannot find it anywhere.

My laptop is Sony VAIO VPCEB390X
Motherboard: FoxConn ML194V-0 (E253117)
BIOS is AMI - Aptio
Version: R1100Y8 (Release August 17, 2010)

My laptop originally came with 4GB of RAM (SoDIMM 204 pins)
I purchased a kit of 8GB in order to install it, but windows cannot start (BIOS recognizes the 8GB but Windows shows a command window saying there was an error verifying the hardware). This is the reason why I want to unlock or Upgrade my current BIOS
