[Request] Dell Dimension E520 Unlock

Hello, I have an Dimension E520 that I would like to unlock the bios on.

I found it frustrating that Dell put a cap on not only the FSB and voltage settings, but also prevents users from enabling Raid 0. 

I have used the search function. SLIC mods are out there, but no mods of the sort I am looking for.
