Super Micro PDSME - Dell SLIC 2.3 / unlock

Hello,


I need help with getting a Super Micro PDSME 1.1a BIOS modded with Dell SLIC 2.3.  I have attached the BIOS file below.

Also, if I may request in this forum, I could also use help getting all hidden BIOS options unlocked.  If need be, I can post that request later in the right forum.

I don't have a RW Everything report as, I don't yet have an OS installed.  If you need, I can get that posted here.
