USB settings in bios... Confused.

Hi,

I have an HP Pavilion dv6 with modified bios. In the advanced menu, when I go to USB Configuration, I find the option to enable or disable USB ports 0-13. Four of them are disabled. What are these USB devices, and what can go wrong if i enable/disable them?
