[Request] HP Probook 6450b whitlist removal

Hi there i am new to al this and just recently found out about this crap :S

i have a HP probook 6450B

the file name is sp54664.exe

waht i want to do is install a combo wifi an bluetooth card would make life a whole lot easyer.
the card going in Hopefully is RAK-RT3090BC4

i am not sure on any other information but iff asked and pointed to i will pull it up for you.

any help i would love as this is being don for a cource in CNC i am starting in jan
