[REQUEST] Acer Aspire E1 531 BIOS unlock( not RSA signed)

Hi all,

I have read the tutorials, but I think I'm in a dilemma.

I want to flash(the USB + (Fn+Esc) method) an Acer with blank screen. I downloaded the BIOS from BIOS_Acer_1.13_A_A.zip (Acer site).
Unpacked it, loaded into Andy's tool, no Decrypt message; One message with "Recovery filenames are:Q5WV1X64.f?" and some other messages with header etc. So far so good, but I cannot find the file with the name Q5WV1X64.f? (or .fd). All I could find is a directory DUMP with a lots of files .ROM. What should I do next? copy all the files to the USB stick ?

Please can you be so kind and help me with some hints.
