Latitude 5520 BIOS dump and read the contents?

I wondering if Dell inspiron 5520 (i5-1145g7) has bios contents encrypted or not.
Bios is locked by password and I cannot remove it.
But... I would buy
and attach it to BIOS chips on board will allow me to make a dump of BIOS/UEFI.

If yes, that would be a point to decompile BIOS or just search for strings in bin file?
Yeah, I know .bin file - but I assume that could be good point to start.

At this moment I do not want override existing flash content.
Rather I would like to make a backup, and restore it via external programmer if needed.

I am attaching photos of motherboard. 

I am not sure if that would be safe and convinient for that job?
