Hello,
I am so glad I found this forum! I just purchased a P360 Tiny workstation from Lenovo as well as a 13th gen Intel CPU so that I can use it in a homelab environment.
The P360 Tiny has a custom ATX motherboard since its very small, however it is restricted to 12th gen Intel CPUs. Is there any way a BIOS mod can be done to support 13th gen? I already bought a processor for it.![Sad Sad]()
The motherboard supports the Q670 Chipset used by both 12th and 13th gen CPUs, has an LGA 1700 socket, again used by both CPUs. I believe it should be a simple BIOS mod as a new P3 workstation coming out will support Intel 13th gen processors and I think this is why Lenovo do not want to add support to the older P360 line.

Spec Sheet of device: P360 Tiny - Lenovo ThinkStation (thinkstation-specs.com)
BIOS type: AMI
Does anyone think this is possible, and if so should I update to the latest BIOS from Lenovo first?
Thanks in advance for any help!
