[REQUEST] Unlocked BIOS for Dell PowerEdge 2950

Hello, I was wondering if I could get a custom BIOS for a Dell PowerEdge 2950 with fan control options and an option for Large Base Decoding for support for an Intel Xeon Phi Coprocessor.
