dell optiplex 780usff bios

Hi all just wondering if the bios on this system can be unlocked? currently running A09 but have seen that A13 had been unlocked just not sure if its compatible with this computer. this computer is strickly for 3d printing but having issues with the graphics runing slow and would like to over clock this system to see if it will help. waiting on a new cpu chip to come, Intel E8600. not sure what information you require new to modding computers so any help would be great.
