Hi Guys,
is there a way to adjust the fan curve on a ThinkPad L590 (20Q7)? In my opinion, the notebook gets way too warm before the fan kicks in. I have the feeling that the CPU is already being throttled here. A look under the heat pipe already showed that only one of the two chips underneath was treated with thermal paste. I have now provided both with the paste, which has already significantly reduced heat! Unfortunately, I don't know whether this was a factory error or whether it was intentional! But back to the topic. How can I permanently adjust the fan curve in the BIOS? Are there possibilities?
Thanks in advance
