[REQUEST] Lenovo IdeaPad S340 Whitelist Removal

Hello, I'm trying to replace the WiFi card on my Lenovo laptop, can someone please help me remove the whitelist?

I made the dump with the Universal Bios Backup, however, it didn't recognize the bios information, so I just select 16MB to dump the file.
