GD25LQ64C (1.8V) + CH341A = verification error

I need a help. I flashed wrong BIOS on BMAX Y11 notebokk, so in a desperate attempt to repair it, i tried reflashing backuped BIOS with CH341A, 1.8V adaptor and clip. It seems that everything went OK, NeoProgrammer recognized chip (GD25LQ64C (1.8V)), erased it, and wrote backuped BIOS on chip, but verification failed every time I tried, and notebook still won't boot. What could be wrong with verification or flashing and what could I do.?
