Lenovo B50-45 - have whitelist?

I've read a bit and I see that every Lenovo laptop probably has a white list on WiFi cards. I wanted to buy a new card, but I think it will probably be required to remove whitelist from the BIOS. Is this possible with this model? Do you know if this laptop model needs it? Maybe it's better firstly buy a card and check it out? What do you think?
