HP BIOS Configuration Utility "Access Denied"

I have an HP Stream 11 with an InsydeH20 BIOS that is very limited, however I can turn on "Manufacturing Programming Mode" within the HP BIOS Configuration Utility. The only problem is that when I try to upload my edited .txt file, it comes back saying "Access Denied" returncode=6.
Is there a workaround to this or a completely different method for unlocking my InsydeH20 BIOS?
