Asus K43SJ processor upgrade question

Hello folks!

I have an Asus A43SJ with a Pentium B940 processor in it. I want to upgrade the processor and need suggestions for compatibility

As per official Asus, Core i7-2630QM should work . Link to specs - https://www.asus.com/my/Laptops/A43SJ/specifications/

I'm wondering if a i7-2670QM will work, I can get it slightly cheaper than the 2630QM plus it will be slightly faster.

I can open the BIOS thru AMIBCP 4.55 and MMtool 5.0.0.7 and here's some screenshots if it can help. I really cannot figure how to proceed from here so asking your help!

Hello, 

i'm new here Rolleyes and i don't know much about modding bioses etc. Undecided  , i've replaced hdd for ssd and it works really great, but i can't boot with new wifi module which is Intel Dual Band WLAN-AC 8265NGW(FRU P/N: 01AX702)

Name: Lenovo G50-30
Model: 80G0
BIOS: A7CN27WW
WLAN: Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11n (FRU P/N: 04X6025)

I found these bioses for my laptop:

I desperately need, I've been trying for almost three years to get the unlocked bios  for AOD255E. 
Unfortunately I see that nobody is interested in this model, or more, those who have succeeded are not interested in helping.

Which SPI programmer will work?

Hi there!
I own an Acer A717-72G laptop with 8750h CPU.

I asked for help regarding BIOS unlock and dudu was kind enough to help.
However there is a problem.

I have acces to TL866 SPI programmer, however the BIOS is stored on a xmc qh128ahig chip and the programmer's software does not support this chip. "Xmc" as manufacturer is completely missing from the list and typing in the chip in the search bar turns up nothing.

Due to the simmilarities regarding reading it was possible to make a dump selecting a simmilar chip (dont remember 
which one) however writing is not possible and gives error with those same settings.
Tried Minipro v6.60 and 6.82 and neither has "xmc" chips.

Any idea how can the modded BIOS be written back ?

asus b250 mining expert 14 gpu limit remove req

hi. asus b250 mining expert support 19 card but it cant load up more than 14 gpu. this mean if you want 19 working gpu, you must have 14 any gpu and 5 asus p106-100 gpu. i know it's asus limitation. anyone can remove this limit? thanks

SP52604 no white list (only 1425 board id)

Today I need another white list remove for one HP G62
SP52604,board version 1425
Few tries but no luck,then remembered my old mod for another G62 but other board version.

Just replaced H19BiosLock in this bios file,flashed and all works fine.

Extract SP52604 next extract 1425F37 replace 1425F37.fd with modded one then launch CheckCM.vbe

I have a unbranded laptop. The motherboard is pegatron b70 and the bios is AMI 504, thats the only information that i could get. Im trying to se if i can update my bios because im trying to use a EXP GDC BEAST external gpu and seems that i have a bios block.

If anyone can help me here, I would appreciate it very much.

Hello, can anyone please unlock my BIOS in my notebook, Lenovo G500?
Also if there is some whitelist and it is possible to remove it and safe, then can it be removed as well, please?

I am using Windows 10 64-Bit.
Though, this notebook is specifed for Windows 8.1.

I want to take look on Intel SpeedStep, maybe later External GPU.

I think I never did some BIOS modifications installation or something like that, so can I get some simple instructions please or some link to the instructions?

When I launch this setup it says I have the same one:

Número da peça G40294-401
suporta o Xeon E3-1230V2.

minha placa-mãe e o mesmo que o número da peça e o G81483-501.

Como posso adicionar suporte a BIOS para o meu cartão para trabalhar com este processador?

I need the "Intel AES-NI" setting set to "Default Enabled".

I tried myself with AMIBCP, but cant Flash it with "SuperDoctor5" tool. (Checksum Incorrect?)

I made Backup with "Universal BIOS Backup Toolkit"
